Okay, a bit later but I was having problems adding this photo to my blog entry but it has been resolved.
I loved the Tuscan feel to this sim, it had a very serene feel whilst I was there. I could imagine sitting in a cafe on the sim, drinking a latte with my wife without a care in the world. I can even imagine sitting on the beach under a umbrella with a good book too, just that peaceful.

Zen Gardens at Astoria |

What I love about revisiting sims I have been to before is how the creators change it for the seasons, whether it is winter to summer or even for Halloween. I just admire the transformation the sims undergo.
Hence why I revisited Astoria as it was winter the last time I was there; now it is all summery and has different areas. I chose to visit the
Zen Gardens area as I love Asian culture as it fascinates me, down to food or
even feng shui and their religions.
I could easily sit and meditate in their Zen Gardens as so peaceful, tranquil, and relaxing; I shall return to do so before the sim changes again.

I loved Black Atoll simply due to the fact it is very calming and has many different little islands to explore. Then I love beach sims with crashing waves as I love water, the sound of hearing waves and the smell of the sea as I feel very drawn to water despite being Earth based element star sign however I do know my moon sign is Scorpio which is Water based element star sign as that may explain my pull to water.

Orcinus Isle at sunrise |

This sim is more than just a beach; there are many hidden areas to find and explore. This is possibly an abbey, it reminded me of Fountains Abbey which I visited in my teenage years on a family holiday. I changed the Windlight/EEP (sorry, not used to calling Windlight, EEP so hence why I use both terms in this blog) to sunrise as felt gave it a more dramatic feel. Though some may think it is a sunset so I let you, the readers and viewers decide which!

The Magical Kingdom |

The Magical Kingdom instantly reminded me of my childhood holiday in Chippenham which is in Wiltshire, England. I was walking down memory lane with different parts of Wiltshire and Somerset, I visited whilst I was on holiday and it was one of my fave holidays because I got to see Stonehenge in person which is a very majestic and awe-inspiring site to see!
I admit I changed the windlight/EEP for this shot because I wanted to capture how I felt when was 6 or 7 years old when I saw Stonehenge for the first time and hope you feel the same way I did when I was little.

Hells Angel Beach |

As I said before, I love beaches so I found another beach to explore. This one is a little less well-known compared to some of the beaches within Second Life but that is not a bad thing as sometimes quiet places for me personally are more relaxing.
You may suggest photogenic places though I do enjoy finding new places, I admit I do use the destination guide for ideas to explore as sometimes can be some hidden gems as above!

I will be the first to admit I love beach/seaside sims within Second Life; I find something relaxing and almost therapeutic about the sound of the sea crashing on the coastline but then always find myself happier when in the water. I just loved that I could sit somewhere quietly, enjoy the sounds of the sea as well as admire the lighthouse in distance. I admit for this photo that I did change the windlight or EEP but I wanted the light from the lighthouse to stand out slightly more.

Hill Vale |

Unsure if you readers saw my edited for fun photo project at Hill Vale on my Flickr however I went back because this sim is AMAZING as it contains many nods/easter eggs to many different films/movies. Just for reason alone, it is worth exploring as I spotted at least 2 different Easter Eggs whilst there and my Daddy Dom saw others I missed.
